FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
CICUSA and Origyn International Head to World Ag Expo 2026 to Meet with Agricultural Leaders on Integrated Energy Infrastructure
Offering a limited no-cost EnergyGuard™ utility rate plan analysis and discussing next-generation energy storage
TULARE, Calif. — 2-6-2026 https://www.worldagexpo.com/— CICUSA, a provider of resilient energy and infrastructure solutions, announced today that company leadership will attend World Ag Expo 2026, held February 10–12 at the International Agri-Center in Tulare, California.
CICUSA leaders say they are looking forward to the opening ceremonies and to meeting with growers, operators, utilities, and industry leadership throughout the week to discuss the infrastructure realities driving modern agriculture—power reliability, energy cost exposure, and long-term operational resilience.
“We’re looking forward to the opening ceremonies and the conversations that happen when the people who actually run operations get together,” said Marty Snyder, CEO of CICUSA. “What we see across agriculture is that long-term performance comes from a well-engineered, integrated system—where energy generation, storage, controls, equipment, and core electrical infrastructure are designed to work together as one.”
No-Cost EnergyGuard™ Utility Rate Plan Analysis (Limited to 25 Organizations)
As part of its engagement at World Ag Expo, CICUSA will be offering a strictly limited number of 25 no-cost EnergyGuard™ utility rate plan analyses for qualifying agricultural operators. The EnergyGuard™ analysis evaluates a facility’s actual energy usage patterns and determines whether it is enrolled in the most advantageous utility rate plan available for that operating profile.
Rather than simply reviewing a facility’s current rate plan, the EnergyGuard™ analysis identifies the specific alternative utility rate plan best aligned with the facility’s load characteristics and seasonal usage. CICUSA provides a clear, facility-specific report that names the recommended rate plan and outlines the steps required to make the change.
For qualifying operators, this can result in immediate cost savings. Once the EnergyGuard™ report is delivered, facility owners can typically realize savings by contacting their utility provider—such as PG&E, SDG&E, or Southern California Edison—and requesting a switch to the identified rate plan.
“We’re not just telling operators that something might be wrong,” Snyder said. “We do the work for them. When they call their utility, they’re not asking questions—they’re making a specific request to move to a specific rate plan.”
The EnergyGuard™ analysis carries an estimated market value of approximately $5,500 to $10,000 per facility. Due to the depth of review involved, availability is limited to 25 organizations total, and the offer applies to one facility per organization, even for operators with multiple locations. The analysis will be offered during and shortly after World Ag Expo, subject to qualification and capacity.
Integrated Infrastructure and Advanced Energy Storage
In addition to utility rate optimization, CICUSA will be discussing the role of advanced energy storage in agricultural operations, including next-generation battery systems integrated with supercapacitor technology. These solutions are designed to support high-demand agricultural applications while improving reliability, peak-load management, and system longevity.
CICUSA approaches energy infrastructure as a fully integrated system—combining generation, storage, controls, and electrical infrastructure to support long-term performance rather than one-off equipment upgrades.
CICUSA works alongside Origyn International, which deploys capital to help agricultural and industrial operators implement resilient energy and infrastructure upgrades without upfront capital investment, aligning performance, savings, and long-term reliability.
Leadership Attending
CICUSA will be joined at World Ag Expo by Jeremy Franks, CEO of Origyn International, and Devon Mathis, a member of the Origyn leadership team with deep experience representing agricultural and rural interests in California’s Central Valley.
Mathis served in the California State Assembly from 2014 to 2024, including leadership roles connected to agriculture, water, energy, and rural infrastructure policy. His background includes service on agriculture and energy-related committees, work on water infrastructure initiatives, and formal training in energy systems and policy through the Legislative Energy Horizon Institute.
